The viticultural yearly cycle of course starts in the winter with correct pruning, which leads on into the ripening season with careful canopy management, adequate hydric stress; and finally, gentle harvesting (to mention just a small handful of considerations). In the cellar we look for wines that are attentively looked after by teams of top class enologists that make sure that the final product serves our customers perfectly.
